Made Like His Glorious Body 4/18 Monday Meditation

We now bear the image of Adam, the first man, but our fleshly bodies will be changed and made "like unto his glorious body" (Phil.3:21). Our mortal bodies will be changed into immortal bodies (I Cor. 15:53-54). In the same body He had before His crucifixion, Jesus ate fish with His disciples after He rose from the dead; it will be the same for us, for "we shall be like him" (I John 3:2).
