We Shall Be Like Him 7/18 Monday Meditation

We now bear the image of Adam, the first man, but our fleshly bodies will be changed and made "like unto his glorious body" (Phil. 3:21). Our mortal bodies will be changed into immortal bodies (1 Cor. 15:53-54). In the same body He had before His crucifixion, Jesus ate fish with His disciples after He rose from the dead; it will be the same with us, for "we shall be like him" (1 John 3:2).
