As Good As An Answer 7/1 Wednesday Wisdom
I John 5:14,15, "And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us: and if we know that He heareth us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him."
That word, "boldness," is "successful." It means a fearless confidence. We prayed according to His will. Then we are assured that He heard us; and if He hears, that is as good as an answer.

Signs of the Second Coming #8 (final) 6/30 Tuesday Truth
8. The last days are a time for the true people of God to engage in extravagant asking. Up to this present time, the Lord's word is for us, "Hitherto ye have asked nothing." Surely you people that have been asking great things from God for a long time would be amazed if you entered into it with clear knowledge that it is the Master, it is Jesus, who has such knowledge of the mightiness of the power of the Father, of the joint union with Him, that nothing is impossible for you to ask. Surely it is He only Who could say, "Hitherto you have asked nothing." So God means me to press you another step forward. Begin to believe on extravagant asking, believing that God is pleased when you ask large things

Signs of the Second Coming #7 6/29 Monday Meditation
7. As Churches turn away from the Holy Spirit many believers go to false teachers. The secret of many people going into Christian Science [replace with names of current religious groups] is a barren church that had not the Holy Ghost. Christian Science exists because the churches have a barren place because they haven't the Holy Ghost. There would be no room for Christian Science if the churches were filled with the Holy Ghost.

Signs of the Second Coming #5-6 6/26 Friday Faith
5. The world will look to worship a man and will overlook his faults to get him into power. These people are determined to have a man. They know someone has to come. We know Who He is that is coming. They begin to make a man. So they find a man in India, they polish him up as much as they can, and they make him as—well, in appearance, but you know we are told by the Lord that there is soft clothing that goes onto wolves' backs.
6. That people believe that certain preachers are of God simply because of their crowds and their buildings. A person said to me, "You see, the Christian Scientists must be right—look at the beautiful buildings. Look at all the people following them." Yes, everybody can belong to it. You can go to any brother you like, you can go to any theater you like, you can go to any race course you like, you can be mixed up with the rest of the people in your life and still be a Christian Scientist. You can have the devil right and left and anywhere, and still belong to Christian Science. [Substitute some of the churches of today.]

Signs of the Second Coming #4 6/25 Thursday Thoughts
Signs of the Second Coming
4. It is offensive to talk about the blood of Christ. When I spoke about the blood and when I spoke about this infernal thing, the whole place was upset. You be careful when anybody comes to you with a sugar-coated pill or with a slimy tongue. They are always of the devil. The Spirit of the Lord will always deal with truth. These people never deal with truth. They always cover up the truth.

Signs of the Second Coming #3 6/24 Wednesday Wisdom
3. It will be common for preachers to deny the existence of hell. Denying hell prepares the way for antichrist. What? No hell. The devil has always said that "what does Christian Science say?" [Ray says, "We could insert other names here for the times we're in right now.] No hell, no devil. They are ready for him. The devil has always said no hell, no evil. And these people are preparing, and they do not know it, for the Man of Sin.

Signs of the Second Coming #2 6/23 Tuesday Truth
2. There will be many Christians who believe that they can do whatever they want and God will look the other way. People are tremendously afraid of this position because they have heard so much on this line: "Oh, you know you are the elect of God. You are sure to be all right." There have been in England great churches which were laid out upon these things. I thank God that they're all withered. You will find if you go to England those strong people that used to hold all these things are almost withered out. Why? Because they went on to say whatever you did, if you were elect, you were right. That is wrong. The elect of God are those that are pressing forward.

Signs of the Second Coming 6/22 Monday Meditation
I'm going to switch from E.W. Kenyon to Smith Wigglesworth for about a week. I recently found these points from a sermon by Wigglesworth about signs of Jesus's Second Coming:
On August 11, 1927, Smith Wigglesworth stood in Angelus Temple to preach on preparing for the Second Coming of Christ. He told the audience that liquid fire was consuming him.
1. There must be special preparation for the return of Christ and at least half of all believers will be totally unprepared. We have to see that these days have to come before the Lord can come. There has to be a falling away. I want to speak to you very exactly. All the people which are pressing into and getting ready for this glorious attained place where they shall not be found naked, where they shall be blameless, where they shall be immovable, where they shall be purified by the power of the Word of God, have within them a consciousness of the very presence of God within, changing their very nature and preparing them for a greater thing, and causing them to be ready for translation.
This is the day of purifying. This is the day of holiness. This is the day of separation. This is the day of waking. O God, let us wake today!

Don't Go Back on Your Prayers 6/19 Friday Faith
It is of vital importance that after we have prayed we never go back on our prayers. Many repudiate the Word by the confession of a doubt or admission of a doubt into their consciousness.

Forgive and Cleanse 6/18 Thursday Thoughts
"For if we sin, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sin and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." [I John 2:1]
He forgives our sins that we have committed, and He cleanses us from unrighteousness and restores us to fellowship with Himself.

Righteousness Restored 6/17 Wednesday Wisdom
Did you ever notice that if a man sins, he has an "Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous"? [I John 2:1]
Any man who commits sin loses his sense of Righteousness and is ashamed to go into the presence of the Father. Then he asks forgiveness, and the Father listens to his Advocate, Jesus. You see, Jesus is our Advocate and can plead for us who have lost our sense of Righteousness, and our Righteousness is restored.

Conquered and Delivered 6/16 Tuesday Truth
Jesus actually conquered our enemy and delivered us out of his dominion. When He did that, He made possible our New Creation, and when we were made New Creations we received the Nature of God in our spirits.

Delivered Out of Darkness 6/15 Monday Meditation
Darkness is Satan's family relationship. His kingdom is darkness. Darkness is hatred, jealousy, bitterness -- everything that Satan can impart to man.
We have been delivered out of that and have been delivered out of the authority of it, so that it no longer dominates us or rules us.
"And He has translated us by the New Creation into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in Whom we have our Redemption, the remission of our sins."

Building Into Us 6/11 Friday Faith
Philippians 2:13, "For it is God Who is at work within us willing and working His own good pleasure."
God is working within us. He is building Himself into us. He is building His Love Nature, His Righteousness, His Faithfulness, His Longsuffering, His Gentleness. As we contact the world, these qualities are necessary, and He builds them into us.

Living in the Presence 6/11 Thursday Thoughts
If we could remember that we are living in the actual presence of God, our Father, and of Jesus all the time, we would see things differently.
Jesus says in John 15:5, "I am the Vine and ye are the branches."
Well, the branch is part of the Vine and is in the presence of the Vine all the time.

A Definition of Sanctification 6/10 Wednesday Wisdom
Many of us are called, but we are never separated [sanctified]. That separation [sanctification] is a threefold thing:
First, the New Creation separates us from the old life. Second, as the Word is built into us, we are separated unto Christ. First, there is a separation from the world; now there is a separation unto the Master. Jesus becomes the Lord of our lives. His Word dominates us. And thridly, in our walk then there comes our own choice in which we separate ourselves from that which is not sinful in itself but is unnecessary, and this separation continues year after year, until the world has lost its dominion over us.
We are giving up good things for the best. We are learning to walk in the fulness of His fellowship.

Complete in Him 6/9 Tuesday Truth
From today you are taking your place in Christ. You recognize that you have been delivered out of Satan's dominance. You recognize that you have been translated into the kingdom of the Son of His love. You are in the Father's family. You have a perfect right to the Throne Room now, and you have seen that every sin that you have ever committed has been wiped out as though it had never been. You stand complete in Him.

No Longer I 6/8 Monday Meditation
He loved me and gave Himself up for me as now it is no longer I that live, but this New Life of Christ is making me a branch of the Vine.
Praying for faith is an absurdity when you are a very son of God.

His Living Word 6/5 Friday Faith
You see, under the old covenant God could not talk to the Jews as He talks to us through our spirits, so an angel was sent. But to us today, we have His living Word.John 6:63, "The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit and they are life."

Enriched With Every Blessing 6/4 Thursday Thoughts
The thought that we should not pray for healing is open to discussion, but I hope that you understand and agree with the gist of what E.W. Kenyon is saying, which is the core of Word of Faith theology. I have put off posting this quote because it is so long.
The Believer is enriched with every blessing. The difficulty is that we haven't known it. The major part of our praying is for things that we already possess.
It may startle you if I tell you that you need not pray for your healing, but sick folks spend most of their time praying for their healing. Why should we not pray for it?
Because Isaiah 53:4-5 tells us that we already have the healing, "Surely he hath borne my sicknesses and carried my diseases: yet I did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed."
And in the tenth verse we read, "Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath made him sick with our sickness and with our diseases."
If He bore our diseases and put them away, God declares that "by his stripes we are healed." Then, what should we do? We should not pray for our healing because He would answer us, "I have already healed you. I have laid your sickness on My Son. Don't you appreciate what I have done for you?"
You can understand that He actually laid that disease on His own Son, and that that Son put that disease away. Now He bids us to look up and thank Him for it.

No Longer Under Dominion 6/3 Wednesday Wisdom
By this righteousness you have the right to stand in the Father's presence without a sense of guilt or inferiority or a sense of sin consciousness. The believing one is a New Creation. He is no longer under the dominion of Satan or condemnation. He has received God's very Nature and Life (1 John 5: 12,13).
That Nature makes him a branch of the Vine. He and Jesus are one.

The Throne Room 6/1 Monday Meditation
Hebrews 4:16, "Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
You see, you have a perfect right to stand in the Father's presence. You are invited into the Throne Room. There you can stand face to face with your Father, make your requests known, and receive an answer for your prayer.
