Brother, sister, I tell you there is a redemption, there is an atonement in Christ, a personality of Christ to dwell in you; there is a Godlikeness for you to attain unto; a blessed resemblance of Christ, of "God in you" that shall not fail if you believe the Word of God.

The Word of God 8/8 Wednesday Wisdom

It is one thing to read the Word of God, another thing to believe it. It is possible to be real and earnest and have zeal and fastings and yet not to have faith. And do you not know that one little bit of faith which can only come through the Word of God is worth more than all your cryings -- all your rolling on the floor -- all your screaming and everything; but beloved, God is better than anything.


May the Holy Ghost give us today an inward knowledge of what it is to believe. It is God's purpose to make every believer to subdue everything and to make you perfect and entire and overcoming.

Transformed 8/7 Tuesday Truth

Directly after the baptism of the Holy Ghost came, those crooked, indifferent and peculiar disciples were transformed till one day Peter and John came down and mixed with the people who said: "They are unlearned and ignorant but we see that they have been with Him." Can they say that about us? Have we been with Jesus? Do not think you will comfort people by singing wonderful hymns -- they are lovely. Do not think you will comfort people any other way but by the Word of God being made manifest in that you have been with Jesus.

Ready or Not? 8/6 Monday Meditation

So while we know that Holy Ghost came, it is wrong now to wait for the Holy Ghost. I know it was personally right; it was divinely right for those apostles to hear what Jesus said and to tarry for the Holy Ghost, but it is not right now to tarry for the Holy Ghost. Then why do we not all receive the Holy Ghost, you ask? Because the bodies are not ready for it; the temples are not cleansed. When the temples are purified and the minds put in order so that carnalities and fleshly desires and everything has gone, then the Holy Ghost can take full charge.

"The works that I do, I do not but He that dwelleth in Me." Brother, when that comes to our lost state -- what a transformation. When the Holy Ghost comes, He doeth the work. You are only the instrument, you are the vessel; but glory to God, He condescended to dwell in us -- Praise the Lamb! "The works that I do, I do not; but He doeth them." How lovely to be filled with such incarnation of God's order that the power of the Spirit of the life of Jesus should flow through you and you should be a new creation of the Spirit under the mighty power of God. "If thou hast seen Me, thou hast seen the Father."

The New River 8/1 Wednesday Wisdom

He has no less plan for you than to make you a son of God with power according to the resurrection. I tell you that the incarnation of God by the Spirit is to unveil the glory; let in a cloudburst and make inroads into you till there are new rivers. Oh, for your old rivers to be dried up and the new river by the cloudburst of heaven to make a new plan for you for all time for He is able to do these things in the Spirit.

Make the Water Boil 7/31 Tuesday Truth

If you have to be the oracles [spokesmen] of God -- the apostles of Christ; and as those quickened from the dead, enlarged by the Spirit; intensified with the zeal of the Almighty and made a river, you will have to be on fire, for nothing but fire will make the water boil.
