I am going to take a break from quoting pioneer Pentecostal authors for a few days and take some quotes from the book I am currently rereading on my favorite subject, Revival Fire, by Wesley Duewel. (c) 1995, Zondervan Publishing House, Grand Rapids, MI 48530
God is more hungry to give us revival than we are hungry to be revived . . .
God wants us to remember and reflect on how He has worked in the past. He wants this remembrance to make us hungry to see Him work again in all His historic power. If God's people hunger deeply enough, God will hear and send revival.
(This is just a prelude to the theme will be continued in the days ahead.)
Daily (M-F) quotes from Pentecostal pioneers whom the modern Christian is unlikely to come across in contemporary devotional reading.
Welcome
Welcome to Lep's Faith Quotes. This blog will consist of powerful Holy Spirit-led quotes by the early writers of the classic Pentecostal and classic Word of Faith movements, such as E.W. Kenyon, John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth, and others. Caution! These quotes may be more powerful than customary daily devotional readings, and you may experience a new burst of Holy Spirit power in your life and ministry.
